ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Lead the Way is an annual leadership conference for 9th-12th grade girls, hosted by Girl Scouts of Northern California.

The conference is created by scouts, for scouts.
​
Through grade-level workshops, electives, a keynote speaker, and opportunities for fun activities and social networking, attendees will gain valuable leadership, college, career, and life skills.

Our mission is to empower and educate aspiring youth who strive to initiate positive change in their community and to inspire leadership and the great women of tomorrow.
